We’ve Raised $76,000 So Far!

In the past two weeks Conduit Mission has raised over $76,000. This is all thanks to folks who have taken seriously our command of Jesus to love the least of these.

This week we have 42,000 lbs of food as well as water filtration systems arriving in Jacmel Haiti for our friends at Restoration Ministries. The entire process has been one obstacle after the other. But God has had the right people in the right place at the right times to overcome.

One of those is David Whetstone with Mentor Leaders. Please keep him in your prayers. You can learn a bit more about his ministry at http://www.mentorleaders.org He is a friend of mine who is moving his ministry to the Nashville area specifically to be sent out of Conduit Church. Little did any of us know that he would be sent out before he ever got here. He has been the quarterback this week and is doing a fantastic job.

I want you to know that you’re giving is making a difference.

Please continue to lift up our brothers and sisters in Haiti. They have food, and they have tents, but this isn’t a solution, it’s a band-aid. Please pray for wisdom as we move forward. Please pray for peace for those still in the midst of this intense suffering. And pray for direction on how God might want you to be involved moving forward.

Sincerely,
Darren Tyler

Isaiah 54: 10 Though the mountains be shaken
and the hills be removed,
yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken
nor my covenant of peace be removed,”
says the LORD, who has compassion on you.
11 “O afflicted city, lashed by storms and not comforted,
I will build you with stones of turquoise,
your foundations with sapphires.
